Client Care:
Patients may seek treatment for many chronic & acute health concerns. Nutritional Therapy is a safe and effective way to treat digestive, respiratory and skin health complaints, as well as weight management. It may also help in pregnancy and menopause, as well as improving physical and emotional wellbeing.
I encourage, motivate and inspire my patients, of all ages to approach acute/ chronic health conditions in a holistic manner by making dietary and lifestyle adjustments. This may include a series of individually tailored recipes, menus, ingredient support and recommendations, fitness advice and relaxation tips. After a period of 6 weeks, original symptoms often dissipate and they experience better sleep, energy, emotional optimism, better managed weight, elimination of headaches and digestive impairments.
About your appointment:
Prior to your appointment, a medical questionnaire and Food Diary will be sent to you, either by email or in person, for use during the session. Your consultation will last 60-90 minutes depending on your requirements. I provide an optional free 10-15 minute telephone consultation before this. Please bring any medications or herbal supplements with you to your appointment.
During a Nutritional Therapy consult our time includes an opportunity to discuss your purpose and aims in detail and take a detailed case history. Following this you will receive a series of individual recommendations in a Treatment Plan.
Follow-up appointments are usually required, initially within 6 weeks, to review the effectiveness of the plan, adapt any recommendations based on your experiences and progress, and make a new Treatment Plan.
