Yoga with Em
I am Em and I teach *Vinyasa yoga classes with a focus on breath and movement. I believe that yoga is for everyone and my classes are accessible and welcoming to anyone who wants to join, whether you are a beginner or experienced practitioner. If I can get you moving, find moments of stillness and have a little fun, then I am a happy teacher. I am a big fan of props and believe they deepen your experience and attention to the practice of yoga, however, they are not a requirement to join my classes.

* Teaching will be offered with the Astanga (eight limbed) principles and techniques. Attention will be on the postures (asana) and breath but other Astanga elements will be woven into my classes. I am a 200 hours RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher).
