I am a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist, registered with The British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), the professional body for Nutritional Therapists, and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners.
I strongly believe that even small nutritional changes can have a significant positive impact on our health. However, it’s not a ‘quick fix’, it’s a lifestyle change that has to be embedded into our daily routine to be sustainable and effective.
The Nutritional programmes that I create for each client is tailored to their individual needs, by identifying the required changes and building those changes into their daily routine. I may also recommend functional testing based on the symptoms the client has.
I also feel very passionate about educating my clients along the way as I strongly believe that knowledge is the key to the development of the long-term healthy habits.
