Tom graduated with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy, where he was selected to work at the Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead as a lead practitioner at the Ian Charleson Day Centre. This involved developing specialized treatment and exercise plans for a diverse range of patients.
Having taught yoga for 6 years – graduating from the prestigious International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre – Tom complements manual therapy with breath work and exercises designed to achieve optimum well-being through stretching and strengthening the body. This collaborative approach empowers clients to develop greater levels of autonomy and self-management.
A fascination with various massage styles led Tom to Osteopathy after a decade-long career as an actor and artist. He enjoys reading cookbooks and trying new recipes in his free time, believing passionately in enhancing health and healing through appropriate diet and nutrition.
