Tune into your voice and explore a healthy and joyful relationship with singing using exercises, songs, meditations.
Together we will explore the voice through breathwork, physiology of the larynx, full body awareness, singing songs, sound making, and the art of listening.
Accessing this innate knowledge enhances quality of life and generates calm, energy, expression, presence, inner awareness, stress relief and increased physical and emotional health.
Small group work led by vocalist Portia Winters, BA(Hons) Music (Performance), MMus (Creative
Practice), MISM, Estill. Portia has been singing, writing and performing music for 18 years and teaching and mentoring for 9 years. She works with everyone from practicing artists to the tone deaf (although there really is no such thing as being tone deaf!).
