This class combines a non-competitive, meditative posture flow with mindfulness insights.
You will work on anti-stress breathing techniques, flexibility, strength, energy and vitality in the body, while relaxing the mind.
This class brings you all the physical health benefits of a typical posture based yoga class, and more.
Sessions include specific breathing exercises (pranayama), deep relaxation and meditation techniques in addition to poses (asanas) with explanations of how they support a mindful way of being.
